Editing an entry

Fix a category, a duration, a date, or erase the entry.

Edit screen: a category dropdown, a duration field in minutes, a date field, a Save button and a Delete button.
Fix the category, the duration or the date, or erase it all.

The server checks two things before opening this screen: that the entry is mine, and that it belongs to the active team. Otherwise it is a 404.

Deletion is immediate and final.
